Maclean Law is a corporate and commercial law firm based in Auckland, New Zealand. We give practical and commercially-focused advice to national and international businesses across a wide range of industry sectors.

Bruce Maclean, the firm's Principal, was previously the managing partner in New Zealand of Andersen Legal and then Ernst & Young Law prior to the practice's succession into Maclean Law. As a result of this history Maclean Law has built up a strong network of New Zealand and international accounting and legal associates, with a particular emphasis on cross-border commercial, corporate and taxation issues.

We are experienced in guiding New Zealand businesses through local and international expansion, and provide a range of business development and advisory services including for corporate structuring, regulatory and commercial issues.
